Covid-19 Sipping and Handling

We are shipping Monday – Wednesday – Friday throughout the rest of Covid-19. Please expect longer than usual shipping times as NZ Post has seen a significant increase in parcels moving through their network.

Free Same Day Local Delivery

Throughout all lockdown levels, we are offering free overnight delivery to the BOP region. We are also offering free same day delivery for orders received before 1pm on Monday – Wednesday – Friday to central addresses, including but not limited to:

  • Tauriko,
  • Bethlehem,
  • Greerton,
  • Gate Pa,
  • Parkvale,
  • Welcome Bay,
  • Ohauiti,
  • Tauranga Central,
  • Otumoetai,
  • Matua,
  • Mount Maunganui.

If you are concerned your address may be to far away, send us a message and we will let you know if its in our delivery “bubble”.

You may get an email with a NZ Post tracking number. It’s easier for us to print all shipping labels in bulk so we will print a tracking number but deliver it ourselves.

Order Handling Time

If your order is placed before 1pm Monday – Wednesday – Friday it will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders outside these times will be process and shipped the next shipping day. Orders are collected from our warehouse at 4pm by NZ Couriers and shipped using the overnight service.

Shipping Time

We ship all of our orders using overnight shipping service from NZ couriers. Most of the North Island will receive their orders the following day (if ordered prior to 1pm the day before), but some orders may take and extra day. South Island orders will take 2-4 days.

Orders placed on Friday will not be delivered until Monday so if you want your weekend fix, order prior to 1pm on Thursday.

Shipment Costs

Local Delivery and BOP delivery is free and can be selected when checking out. All orders outside of the BOP have flat rate shipping of $5 unless you spend over $50. You can select this option at checkout.

Issues With Shipments

We aren’t perfect and neither is NZ Post. Sometimes issues come up with delivery time frames etc. Just get in touch with us and we can help resolve the issue for you.
